If you're here then I would only assume that you are recently engaged... so I'd love to congratulate you both on this incredibly exciting time! 

Engagement sessions are for those who would like to document this wonderful time in your life - your 'fiancee era' as I like to call it. 

You may have never had any professional photos done of you and your partner, so before the wedding day comes along, it's a great opportunity to get in front of a camera and get used to it! It's also a great way to get to know me as a photographer and my style/approach. 

I'm not the type of photographer that will ask you to stand in a certain place and pose - hell no! I love to give my couples direction and fun things to do, that will naturally bring out your personality together. I always explain to my couples that engagement sessions are like the perfect date day, you get to spend quality time together, in a breathtaking location, but as a little change, you'll have me as your third wheel!

Location is super important when it comes to an engagement session - I love to help my couples by giving them ideas on beautiful locations in Devon, but sometimes there might be a certain place that means something to you both, or you love doing a specific activity together, like sea swimming, pottery, coastal walking - truly anything can be the focus of an engagement session, just as long as it's something true to you.
